Student Payments Accepted Online!

 DUE TO COVID-19, there are no fees planned for the 2021 season, no tour or retreat.  Full details at 2021 Season at the top of this page!                    

 

REGISTRATION FEE

​

Registration for Encounter is $100 for the season.  This covers music publishing rights, 1 T-shirt, retreat, and other similar expenses for the season.  This is a required payment for participation and must be paid before any student is allowed to raise funds for TOUR.

2020 TOUR COST

​

The cost for tour for 2020 will be $750 per student.  This will cover all room and board, meals and transportation, plus any group activities for 8 days.  Students may also need additional spending money for "tourist" type items like souvenirs, snacks during our free day, etc.  That amount is up to you. 

 

Tour Deposit:  A non-refundable tour deposit of $150 is due February 16

 

Tour Payment Schedule ($150 each time)

         March 1:  Payment 1

         March 29:  Payment 2 (cutoff for deciding on Tour)

         May 3:  Payment 3

         June 7:  Final Payment (All outstanding balances must be paid)

 

This payment schedule is a guideline to help you stay on track.  Payments can be made in smaller amounts more frequently if it works better for your budget as long as all balances are paid by June 2.  Encounter makes deposits for various expenses throughout the year so your prompt payment is appreciated!
